I have an office with a lot of staff working there. Is broadband included?

Yes Broadband is included with unlimited downloads every month. Hardware is not included will need to be purchased upon sign up.

Will my office have security like a firewall and anti-virus

Yes the included broadband router (purchased separately) does have firewall, content filtering and many other advance security protection features.

How about my domain name? will you control that for me?

We we will purchase and manage your domain for you as part of the package deal.

I also would like a website for my business.

We can develop a website for you at a very competitive rate. Once it is developed we will maintain it for you at no additional cost as part of the package deal.

How about my servers? I need them administered and maintained.

As part of the package deal, we will provide full administering of up to 3x windows servers and maintain them on a daily basis to ensure efficiency, stability and all patches and security updates are applied.

Most importantly I want to make sure everything is backed up. Will you provide a backup solution?

Backup is compulsary. All packages come with full backup facilities for all products offered. Depending on the package will depend of the amount of backup storage included. Additional storage requirements is offered at an additional very small fee.

How about Desktop Support for all my users?
